Gentle Yoga for Back and Hips
This class will offer a variety of slow stretches and movements to release the back and hips. Yogic massage and soothing music are added to help with relaxation. A perfect end to your day.

Performed in a room heated to approximately 100°F, this style of yoga sees an increase in flexibility in the poses due to the hot and humid conditions.
Hot Power Yoga
This powerful practice will improve muscle tone, balance and core strength with the detoxifying benefits of practicing in the heat.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Energetic and a powerful flow taught in a heated environment. Each sequence is linked together by a sun salutation to keep you moving from one pose to another. Yoga experience recommended but not necessary.

Warm Flow, Deep Stretch
Tight muscles can cause imbalances and pull the body out of alignment; with Warm Flow, Deep Stretch you will combine the strengthening benefits of sun salutations while allowing the body to lengthen, building flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Warm Hatha Flow Yoga
Incorporating the fundamental elements of Hatha yoga – breath, meditation, and postures – the flowing sequence of this class moves at a faster pace than traditional Hatha yoga, and is performed in a heated room.
Warm Yin Yoga
All levels are welcome to this restorative practice. Yin offers a deep stretch as postures are held anywhere from 3 to 9 minutes. Relaxing the muscles and working into connective tissue, yin provides a balance to busy lifestyles that leave us feeling tense.
