Over the last 9 years, I have trained close to 1,000 people between the ages of 15 to 81. These people include sedentary individuals who were unfamiliar with the gym environment, all the way up to elite level athletes from such organizations as the OHL, Canadian University Varsity Athletic Teams (OUA/CIS), and Division 1, 2, and 3 American College and University Athletic Teams (NCAA). I have worked in the physiotherapy/ rehabilitation field since 1999 and have worked with people suffering from WSIB claims, MVA claims, and people who have suffered major cardiac issues and are going through the cardiac rehabilitation program at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre.

Cam joined the PUSH family six years ago while studying Kinesiology at Lakehead University. Since then, he has successfully obtained the designation of Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Shortly after beginning his career in the health and fitness industry, he started his own company called Kore Fitness. He has also become an FMS certified exercise professional (Functional Movement System Levels 1 & 2). This has become a huge part of his pedagogy as a personal trainer because the FMS allows him to utilize a uniform approach to assessing fundamental movement, uncovering asymmetries and limitations, which, furthers his ability to develop corrective exercise programs for his clients.
