Jen Bell

Jen Bell is both a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at PUSH Fitness Center. She is passionate about educating, empowering and motivating her clients through physical fitness in a safe and fun environment. She has experience working with all types of clients from beginners, post-rehabilitation clients and conditioned athletes. Jen strongly believes in a balanced active lifestyle to help her clients reach their optimal physical and mental wellbeing. She offers individual, small group and team training sessions.

Jen's personal interests include cycling, strength conditioning, outdoor sports, hiking and music.
