Jeanette’s passion for improving people’s lives through fitness started 12 years ago when she received certification in both personal training, and as a group fitness instructor, through the American Council on Exercise. Since becoming certified, Jeanette has taken on many different roles within a fitness club. These roles include group fitness instructor, personal trainer, manager and sales. She joined the PUSH team 7 years ago where she now instructs various group fitness classes such as Tone and Tighten, New Body, Pilates, Yoga, and most recently Spinning. To improve and expand her knowledge, Jeanette attends annual fitness conferences and workshops, and has since been trained in STOTT Pilates and YogaFit. Jeanette can be found most mornings upstairs in the PUSH fitness studio. Outside of PUSH, she enjoys time with her family and making sure her three kids get to their activities.
