Lisa Mork Geurts is a Fitness and Skating Trainer. Her involvement with many fitness facilities, hockey and figure skating clubs is a passion and business of "Lisas Fitness Firm" for over 25 years. Lisa has trained all ages and fitness levels on and off the ice,school gym classes and a Special Olympian.
Always enjoying sports as a child, I started my journey back into fitness after the birth of my 2nd child. Attending cardio kick classes 3x a week, I soon fell in love with the benefits of working out again - not only the physical but the mental (STRESS RELIEF) and was hooked!!!
Jeanette’s passion for improving people’s lives through fitness started 12 years ago when she received certification in both personal training, and as a group fitness instructor, through the American Council on Exercise. Since becoming certified, Jeanette has taken on many different roles within a fitness club. These roles include group fitness instructor, personal trainer, manager and sales.

Jen Bell is both a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at PUSH Fitness Center. She is passionate about educating, empowering and motivating her clients through physical fitness in a safe and fun environment. She has experience working with all types of clients from beginners, post-rehabilitation clients and conditioned athletes. Jen strongly believes in a balanced active lifestyle to help her clients reach their optimal physical and mental wellbeing. She offers individual, small group and team training sessions.
