Since 2011 Andre has been a certified personal and group fitness trainer, helping his clients reach their specific goals and educating them on their journey to achieving a health and fit lifestyle. He has worked with a wide range of people with many different goals, from athletes to injury rehabilitation/strengthening and clients with weight loss/weight gain goals. Apart from individual training Andre has also instructed many fitness classes over the years, such as HIIT, tabata, Strength and conditioning, spinning, crossfit, boot camps, kickboxing, and many others goal specific classes.
Andre has attended and competed in many fitness related events including: competitive kickboxing, powerlifting competitions, Olympic weightlifting, OPA physique, and many other competitive sports. He has also attended the SWIS strength symposium, WWE wrestling performance camp tryouts and is a St. Ignatius high school football strength and conditioning coach.
